This jacket replicates the 1960s issue USN/USMC flight jacket. The WEP jacket was originally designed as a survival suit liner but was also worn as a separate garment and is very light in weight. The WEP features a mil-spec nylon outer shell, quilted nylon lining with polyester fiberfill for warmth, two snap-close bellows chest pockets, pen slot, snap close utility pocket on left sleeve, bi-swing back for freedom of movement, knit collar and cuffs, elasticized waistband, full front zipper over storm flap, and velcro patch for ID. Color: OD green. Made in the USA. This jacket is also available in a Top Gun version.

"Top Gun" WEP Jacket

We've given our WEP jacket the "Top Gun" treatment! The WEP is a lightweight and comfortable waist-length jacket worn by USN and USMC aviators. It features two large snap-closure bellows chest pockets (with pen slot on left pocket), inside wind flap, wind-tight knit collar with button closure, bi-swing back, utility pocket on left sleeve, knit cuffs, elasticized waistband, heavy duty zipper, and four embroidered Top Gun patches with leather naval aviator wings plaque. Color: OD green. Made in the USA.

We've taken the USN/USMC WEP jacket and added our exclusive embroidered Jet Fuel insignia on the left chest and an embroidered US Wings logo on the right sleeve. The WEP jacket was originally designed as a survival suit liner but was also worn as a separate garment and is very light in weight. The jacket features a mil-spec nylon outer shell, quilted nylon lining with polyester fiberfill for warmth, two snap-close bellows chest pockets, pen slot, snap close utility pocket on left sleeve, bi-swing back for freedom of movement, knit collar and cuffs, elasticized waistband, and full front zipper over storm flap.
